Notice: Federal Government Closed on January 9

All executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025, as a mark of respect for former President Jimmy Carter, pursuant to President Biden’s recent executive order.

This means the following:

• The SEC’s EDGAR System will be closed. Filings originally due on January 9 will be considered timely if submitted on Friday, January 10.
• U.S. stock markets will be closed.
• FINRA systems will be closed.
