Fairview General Counsel Amber Allen Elected to the NSCP Board of Directors
Amber Allen, who serves as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Fairview®, LLC, was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) to serve up to a three-year term through 2025.
NSCP is a non-profit, membership organization that advocates for compliance professionals in the service industry. NSCP provides opportunities for professional development by providing valuable resources, continuing educational opportunities, and access to communication channels to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience. NSCP is committed to empowering all financial services compliance professionals to pursue their goals and further their career aspirations by cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.
Amber currently serves as co-chair to the NSCP Publications Committee and is a regularly contributing author.
At Fairview, Amber led efforts to launch Fairview’s legal department and, in 2019, led the design and launch of Fairview Cyber. Fairview Cyber develops cyber and data security programs and advises its clients on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. She continues to oversee its operations.
