Kenslee Stevens joined Fairview in 2016 and is currently the Director of Onboarding and Relationship Manager. In her role, Kenslee leads the team responsible for ensuring a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process for all new clients. Kenslee and her team work with new clients to understand the firm’s background, operations, client types, and investment strategies.  They also review the new client’s compliance-related documents and disclosures along with existing compliance program data.

During her time with the Compliance Administration group, Kenslee has been instrumental in developing the group’s initial operations support team and training new team members. As a Relationship Manager, Kenslee partners with RIAs and CCOs to provide full compliance administration support. Kenslee was previously a Lead Compliance Associate.
