Kayla Alphin joined Fairview in 2018. Today, she serves as the Director of Institutional Practice, with a focus on registered investment companies. In this role, she oversees the Institutional client account team and partners with RIAs and CCOs to provide full compliance administration support, including conducting compliance training, monitoring, and testing policies and procedures, and coordinating client responses to SEC regulatory exams. Previously, she held senior and lead compliance roles within Fairview.

Kayla graduated with a B.A. in History from North Carolina State University in 2018.
