Adam oversees the firm’s Financial Reporting and Testing and Data Management Group, which supports the Compliance Administration group with data-related, centralized testing and preparation of required SEC filings including those required under Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Adam joined Fairview in 2008 as a Compliance Associate and now serves as Managing Director of Data Operations and Financial Reporting. The Data Operations team handles the code of ethics monitoring and certifications, and reporting, email reviews, and other record keeping for advisers. Adam’s group also includes the Testing and Data Management team, which supports the Compliance group with performing data-related testing. With regard to Financial Reporting, his team coordinates the filing advisers are required to submit to the SEC. He also liaises with Fairview’s affiliate, FilePoint, on certain filings.
Prior to joining Fairview, he worked at mutual fund administration firms such as BISYS Fund Services, where he specialized in mutual fund accounting and financial reporting/fund compliance.
