Using this unique blend of expertise, Fairview partners with clients to help build and implement a tailored framework for AI usage across their firm, in a way that complies with SEC expectations, mitigates risk, and helps support firms’ specific business priorities.
This includes the following services:
AI Evaluation
- Review current business operations and provide a recommendation on AI product, based on current business operations, approved vendors, and desired AI use cases.
Implementation
- Deploy agreed upon AI product across the firm with a framework designed to protect client information, meet SEC requirements, and surpass operational due diligence expectations from clients, as applicable.
- Configure product tenant to conform to current best practices from a security and privacy perspective.
- Create a beta group of a smaller number of users and work with this team to create several projects and skills within the product.
- Create different roles inside of the product. Require compliance approval for higher level activities.
- Create a software development life cycle for software code used in production.
Training
- Update AI policy and procedures, and provide training to all users.
- Develop and facilitate AI training session for general users, including overview of AI usage policy.
- Create reference guide for employees.
- Set up process to extract logs so activity can be monitored.
